Email to Follow Up After No Response
You sent an email, it mattered, and you got nothing back. Radio silence. It might be in their spam folder, they might have forgotten, or they might be avoiding you. A good follow-up acknowledges the gap without being passive-aggressive and gives them an easy on-ramp to respond.

When to Use This
Wait at least 3-5 business days before following up. The "I know things get buried" framing gives them a face-saving excuse. Including a quick summary means they don't have to dig through their inbox to find context.
What Not to Say
Don't send "Just checking in..." with no context. Avoid "Per my last email" which sounds passive-aggressive. Don't follow up three times in a week. And don't guilt them ("I've been waiting a long time").
