When to Use This

Use this when you're in a position to delegate and the task genuinely fits the person's skills or growth path. Provide everything they need to succeed — don't make them chase you for context.

What Not to Say

Don't disguise a task dump as a "great opportunity" when it's clearly just overflow. Don't assign something without clear instructions and then blame them when it goes sideways. And never delegate via vague Slack message at 5 PM on Friday.
