When to Use This
Use this when you genuinely can't make the scheduled time and you're giving at least 24 hours' notice. The more lead time the better. Always provide alternative dates so the recruiter doesn't have to chase you.
What Not to Say
Don't over-explain your reason. "A conflict I'm unable to move" is enough. Never say "something better came up" or blame the company's scheduling. And don't reschedule more than once — it signals you aren't serious.
